Salt Beer

Drinking great beer in the best environment, for us, that’s beer perfection.

We love to create amazing experiences in our unique venues. Whether it’s beer, bao, pizza or cocktails we have something for everyone!

About Us

Our name is SALT, after the pioneering industrialist who built the village we first called home. It was from here, we ventured out into the brewing world, equipped with only a single, punchy vision – make great craft beer for everyone and do it our way.

Craft +

Most brewers stop at making beer, high fiving themselves and moving onto the next one. Not at SALT. We spend as much time crafting the customer experience in our venues, ensuring the perfect sanctuary to enjoy a pint of SALT.

Our venues are more than taprooms. They each create a unique experience blending great craft beer and food to create the perfect platform to provide pleasure. Pleasure. It’s an important word for us here at SALT. It flows through our venues and within our beer factories. Everything we do must create pleasure for those that make it and for those that experience it with us.

Our venues thrive on looking and feeling accessible to different folk. At a SALT venue, you’ll always get great beer, mouthwatering food and a down-to-earth pub like welcome. It’s yet another reason why at SALT we’re craft by nature, not by definition.

Working within SALT Taps brings each day as something new and exciting, whether that be new projects, new ventures or new beers. One of the main reasons I am so proud to tell people I work for SALT is the companies inclusivity. Each site is created of different personalities from different paths in life, all able to express themselves and their voices whilst coming together to enjoy a passion of craft beer.

Loren Curtis, General Manager

SALT Leeds City

I started at day one of SALT Granary Wharf. as part of the launch. Being part of the launch was great and has made my journey a bit more personal. I’ve since became General Manager of the venue and I’m proud to call it my site. Being part of the SALT team and SALT journey is such a pleasure. As the company continues to grow even more it’s exciting times ahead!

Craig, General Manager
