MANAGEMENT
Here at SALT, we like to grow our own. Our aim is to develop and promote from within. We encourage a hands-on learning culture and want to share the skills and tools we have learned through our wealth of experience to support and develop people at their own pace. We are a rapidly expanding company that has plenty of opportunities to offer. The team work hard to constantly evolve and improve the brand and the management team are directly involved with shaping and developing our culture.
BAR, FLOOr + kitchen
As the face of the brand, you are what drives the business, engages with customers and forms the personality. Nothing is scripted, all we ask is for you to have a sincere passion for our products and a pride in your work. We want to generate an inclusive atmosphere where everyone is welcome. Your importance to the brand cannot be underestimated.
Support office
Our operations team are the nerve centre behind the brand. Experts in their field, each operational support function must have a greater understanding of how the brand operates on a wider level. No two days are ever the same, always learning new skills and adapting to change. They work tirelessly behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly, the unsung heroes integral to the day to day running of the business.

We have just spent a long weekend in Leeds and the SALT bar in Granary Wharf is amazing! The beer, service and food was exceptional. We were all made to feel really welcome and visited every day! I cannot thank the team enough for looking after us! I cannot wait to visit again in 2023!
